The most common mistake that I believe to be made is the definition of a word that is used in the title of a sentence. Students tend to use the word without knowing its true meaning.In addition, students will use the word as a way of joining two sentences together in a unique way. For example, with the use of computers in the classroom, it is vital that the definitions of terms are updated and new ones are learned. Once again, you should be able to find these definitions on theInternet.It is also important to make sure that the definitions of words are written for the different students in the class. For example, the definitions for the term arithmetic shoul d be written for the algebra class and the ones for physics should be written for the biology class. The students will have to be able to understand what the definitions mean and what will be taught in the class if the concepts do not seem to match up.Finally, you should use the definitions to help the students plan their assignments. For example, an idea that will be presented to the students during a project will require the student to learn the definitions of terms that will be used in the project. The definitions of the terms will help the students to answer the question, 'What is a word?'
